iguana food question?
serious answers only i dont need any rude commets.I just got real freaked out i thought my iguana almost choked on his processed food which is just like mush because i dont want them to choke but the little piggy took a huge mouth ful.stuck its tounge out all the way and look like he was choking.my question (please dont laugh or call me retarded)if he does choke can i do anything like squezze gently?any experienced answers appreciated.thank you

I would not suggest doing anything. I know it is hard when you are worried about your Iguana, but trying to help is more likely to injure it than to save it.
Think of it this way, you are only suppose to help a human (I.e. Heimlich maneuver) it the person is totally unable to move air, is not coughing, and turning red.
In the case of your Iguana, what you witnessed was really the equivalent of a person trying to cough up food lodged in their throat. In both cases, they are working on it on their own, some air is getting in, and the risk of injury is simply too great.
Probably not the answer that you wanted to hear, but I hope it at least eases your mind a bit.
