What dimentions should i use for my beardie?

I want to build a Bearded Dragon Vivarium with the largest dimensions as possible with a price of $125.00 or under. My beardie is now in a 55 gallon fish tank with not alot of floor space so I do have a tank for him.That price is not counting all of the substrate and accesories. I do have all of the lighting and stuff so just the tank is what I need. I would like to know what sort of things to put in there also. Branches, rocks, etc. I already have much of that stuff, but i need more considering I only have a few rocks and a branch and hiding log. Thanks so much for everyone who gives serious answers.

The minimum for a beardie is 4′x2′x2′.
